What percentage of Planned Parenthood clinics are in "minority" neighborhoods?

It is a common talking point of anti-choice groups these days that large majorities of planned parenthood clinics are in "minority" neighborhoods. This is seen as evidence that abortion discriminates based on race and that Planned Parenthood is itself secretly engaging in Nazi-style eugenics.

The percentage of clinics in these neighborhood quoted constantly changes from person to person and from story to story from 80% to 90% to just a "majority". I would like to know what the true number is and how one determines that something is a "minority" neighborhood. Does this number include clinics around the world or just in the United States? Also, if possible it'd be nice to know how that translates into access to planned parenthood by persons broken down by race, class, and background.

Lastly, if there is an unexpected tilt in planned parenthood clinic locations, a historical analysis of the root causes of this placement would be useful for people to know.
